Weft insertion: Using high precision matched cam mechanism and optimum design of
the cam configuration, so as to reach reasonable movement of the rapier head.
Keep steady tension in weft yarns during high speed running and gain reliable weft
transfer.
2 Weft selection: Using electronic weft selection system, max. color 8. The signal
of weft selection is introduced by electronic box or electronic jacquard.
3 Beat-up: Both matched cam beat-up mechanism.
4 Let-off: Using advanced electronic let-off system to control both of the ground
and pile warp yarns, automatic search shed. Can meet the special requirements of
the terry towel fabrics.
5 Terry loop formation: Using the movement of the cloth to form the terry loop with
easy adjustment of the loop height, terry loop cycle every 3 or 4 picks. The
low inertial oscillation is introduced for the movement of terry loop. It improves
the dynamics of loom.
6 Take-up: Using the take-up roller by special mechanism. It guarantees the weaving
of massive towel. Using electronic device controlled by servo system, the weft
change can be introduced through electronic box operating is easy, adaptability
of assortment is better.
7 Warp yarns tension compensation: using low inertial back-beam, the compensation
of warp yarns weaving tension and terry loop is realized. |
