STALAM (Shanghai) DEYI Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.is a newly established enterprise whose investors are STALAM S.p.A.(Italy) and the former Shanghai Deyi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Stalam S.p.A. is a world leading company in the development, design and manufacture of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment for a variety of heating and drying applications on raw materials, intermediate and finished industrial products. Since its establishment in 1978, it has installed more than 1,500 RF equipment in 55 different countries of the five continents, mostly in the textile sector.
Shanghai Deyi was founded in April 2004 and in spite of its short history it has already supplied several machines to textile firms in various provinces of the P.R.C.such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong, providing good technology and excellent service. International sales have also been started with outstanding success.

SP01-85 radiofrequency drying machine
This machine has adopted internationally advanced technologies and is the first of its kind in China. It is mainly used for continuous drying of textiles through radiofrequency dehydration method after the dehydration proceeds. It is applicable for various yarns made of synthetic fibers, man-made fibers, wool and vegetable fibers. Its advanced drying method can directly transfer the electromagnetic waves to the water molecules in yarns to be dried. These is no quality loss during the whole drying proceed and the output energy are fully re-used. The energy cost has a direct ratio with water percentages, so the operation cost is largely reduced. The penetrability of the electromagnetic waves can ensure quick and symmetrical drying for the fabrics. The entry and the exit of this machine also adopt the traditional circulating system for warm current, so that the fibers can obtain swelling effect, which can greatly improve the elasticity, softness, hand feeling and color effect of yarns. All these prominent drying advantages make it an irreplaceable machine by any other traditional drying systems based on warm current.
